Our strategically chosen oil-barrel warehouses are centrally positioned so we can respond flexibly between supply and demand. The locations below provide regional coverage and secure crude logistics.

Oil-barrel warehouse visits
Selected clients may request a guided tour of the warehouses. Appointments are only available in the protected account area—not via social networks or messengers.
A tour lasts about five hours. There is one tour per warehouse day, Wednesday through Friday only. Given high demand and tighter security requirements, a longer wait until the next slot is currently possible.
We can offer you a visit slot subject to the following conditions:
- Only one person participates: the account holder (no representative, no accompanying guests).
- Allow roughly five hours on site; travel therefore arrives the day before.
- We organise flights and hotel in line with security procedures.
- You will be picked up at the airport and taken to the hotel.
- The next morning, after a bag inspection, you continue to the warehouse; after the tour ends you proceed to the airport.
Note: Because of the current security situation, there are no tours in Abu Dhabi.
